Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our process is designed to be simple and direct to ensure your satisfaction.

Exceptions and Non-returnable Items

• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Items with obvious signs of use, wear, or washing.
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, simply contact us at upairynightdiaper@gmail.com. We will provide you with the instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
